Community Outreach

Opportunity for coaching and giving

Interested in doing some coaching work with non-profit organizations in the DC area?

Looking to give and serve while coaching?

You have come to the right place!

ICFMetro DC is partnering with several non-profit organizations to bring coaching to individuals and organization who may not be able to afford life, leadership or executive coaching otherwise.

GET INVOLVED!

What We Are Asking of You:

• Pro-bono, one-on-one coaching
• Meet with your client at least two times a month for a minimum of three
months for a total of 6 hours of pro-bono coaching
• Report back to us on the number of hours you coached and how the
experience went.
• You self-organize with your client on meeting times, location, etc.

How We Will Support You:

• Periodic meetings and conference calls with the community outreach committee to support each other, brainstorm on what works and what doesn’t
• Contact person to field your questions/needs should they arise.
