Coaching to *Polarities to Achieve High-performance and Sustainable Dynamic Balance -- Xperience "IT"!

Details:
Join us for dinner and an awesome presentation by Cliff Kayser on February 17th.

The ability to distinguish “both/and” polarities to manage from “either/or” problems to solve is a key competency for leaders to survive and thrive in the fog of change and complexity today. The challenge facing coaches is how to help bring clarity for clients to see the whole picture, avoid seductive “quick-fixes” often rooted in an exclusive application of “either/or” thinking, and facilitate a creative process for sustainable action.

Coaching to *Polarities will expose participants to a powerful methodology and tool to guide clients through the “both/and” process of managing polarities to avoid vicious cycles of oscillation and find the elusive “IT” – achievement of high-performance and sustainable dynamic balance.

Supplement participants’ thinking and improve their personal coaching effectiveness coaching leaders for sustainability. During this workshop, participants will:

* Explore the value and distinction between two types of thinking - “either/or” problem-solving and “both/and” Polarity Management™;

* Experience the dynamics of how all polarities work – the basic infinity loop of energy inherent in all interdependent pairs;

* Apply the Polarity Map™ to the coaching process to help the clients experience “IT” – sustainable dynamic balance managing polarities.
