Return on Experience (ROX): Making Success a Sustainable Resource

Conventional wisdom says that change is hard. Experiential wisdom proves otherwise. In fact, clients may not even need to change old patterns to achieve new results. Just learn how to choose a more appropriate pattern from their vast behavioral repertoire.

The Return on Experience™ model helps clients turn best experiences from the past into repeatable success strategies. Through coaching questions, unconscious competencies are brought to conscious awareness and examined for “how-to” clues. The learning is then adapted and applied to the current objective. When past performance informs present action, the result is a positive Return on Experience (ROX).
